The King!

One of the most legit bad-asses of professional wrestling found himself the subject of Vice’s Dark Side Of The Ring. With a wrestler as universally loved as Nick Gage is covered by such a critically acclaimed series, it had a lot of anticipation leading up to it. On social media, the occasion became unofficially observed as #MDKDay, which lead to lots of quality fan art pouring out for The King himself!

The Gangsta

Unfortunately, last week wasn’t without its tragedy. While Dark Side celebrated the life of a storied death match wrestler, the world lost another one. Jerome Young, best known as New Jack, passed away at the age of 58.

On Talking Smack, Paul Heyman gave a loving tribute and hammered home the point that WWE is known for producing beautiful video packages celebrating the lives and careers of storied performers who we’ve lost – and how presenting a package about New Jack on a PG-13 program would be impossible. We are under no such restrictions. Enjoy the amazing art that fans of New Jack produced this week.
